Sieut: Colonel Phillpotts in the last paragraph of his letter states that he considers it to be my opinion that the Field Officers' quarters and Officers Quarters at Stanley should be kept in repair — the Officers and the former for the latter for the Privates.
I believe that the last mentioned Building would accommodate somewhat more than one Company of Troops: nevertheless, it is a valuable Building, and I think that his proposal should be adopted.
